Cluster organisation RAI Automotive Industry NL facilitates a network of companies, active in the Dutch Automotive Industry, that maintain and strengthen their international innovative lead through mutual cooperation and collaboration with government and knowledge institutions. Making a social contribution plays an important role and therefore all activities are aimed at realising the following ambitions:
- Zero emission
- Zero congestion
- Zero accidents
Together with over 30 entities across the Netherlands we facilitate for the development of three hydrogen technologies: hydrogen combustion engines, hydrogen fuel cells, and a next-generation hydrogen refueling infrastructure technology. These main developments in this project are related to cross-sectoral mobility applications for the automotive, marine, and non-road mobile machinery sectors, and the resulting technical requirements of the products from the end-user's perspective. The project also takes into account legislation and regulations and other market-specific factors. With this, the consortium partners aim to accelerate and improve the transition to sustainable mobility and to strengthen their (international) competitive position on the market for sustainable mobility applications and power units.
RAI Automotive Industry NL is a part of the RAI Vereniging and together represent the interests of the Dutch automotive industry on a national and an international level.
