BUSiness Projects is an experienced in light duty commercial vehicle converter based in The Netherlands. In cooperation with Ive Ltd. BUSiness introduced the H2IVe an hydrogen fuel cell driven commercial vehicle based on the Stellantis range of Ducato, Movano Jumper and Boxer. The unique features of this conversion is that it only ads 90 KG off dead weight compare to the basic diesel version. This lightweight strategy ensures a range over 450 KM in hydrogen. Thanks to Capacitors instead of batteries the weight is limited. Other strategic engineering criteria was the use of European components to reduce the total CO2 footprint of the conversion. The 77 kWh fuel cell produces the electricity for the driveline as well as for the e-PTO for the supply of external power up to 10 kWh. The H2storage CHSS system storage 8,2 KG of hydrogen at 700 bar and can be refilled in less then 10 minutes.
After an extensive test period the H2IVe is ready te be rolled out in Europe. BUSiness will assembly and services the vehicles in The Netherlands.
